How far in advance should I book?
A week or two is comfortable for most dinners, and we can often arrange a chef with just a few days’ notice. For weddings, holidays, and large parties we recommend booking three to four weeks ahead.
Do the chefs cook in my kitchen?
Yes. Your chef shops for fresh ingredients, prepares and plates every course in your own kitchen, serves your table, and cleans up before leaving. A standard home kitchen is all that is needed.
