The chef behind the table
Chris is a classically trained chef with over fifteen years in food and beverage, shaped by AAA-rated fine-dining kitchens and a deep grounding in European and Mediterranean cooking. His guiding principle is simple: local, seasonal, sustainably grown ingredients, cooked with the kind of technique you’d expect from a restaurant — brought instead to your own table.
He cut his teeth in the Greater Boston fine-dining scene, in kitchens like 80 Thoreau, Catalyst and 62 Restaurant & Wine Bar, and today splits his time between Salem, Massachusetts and Los Angeles. He builds each menu around the client, paying close attention to dietary needs and allergens — because the whole point of a private dinner is that it’s yours.
That same care extends to the glass: Chris designs seasonal cocktail and beverage pairings tuned to the theme, the guests and whatever is freshest. Warm, humble and quietly meticulous, he’s the chef to call when you want fine-dining food without the crowded, noisy restaurant.
