The chef behind the table
Morgan grew up inside a family-owned farm-to-table restaurant, where he learned early that a meal is really about how people feel around the table. That upbringing — equal parts kitchen and hospitality — turned into a career spent on every side of a great dinner: cooking, bartending, wine, and the choreography of a full-service event.
Over the years he has refined his craft through projects like LA Peacock Events, Peacock Picnics and Five Star Fifteen, building everything from intimate tasting dinners to inventive pop-up experiences. His philosophy is refreshingly simple — “if you can dream it, we can create it” — and it shows in menus that move confidently from Asian to French to Mediterranean.
What ties it all together is that farm-to-table instinct: fresh, locally sourced ingredients, attentive service, and a real eye for detail. Morgan cooks to spark a little emotion — a dish that surprises, a night that lingers — and pairs the food with drinks built for the occasion.
